By using our website and placing orders with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions which apply to any interaction you make with the site.
Shipping
Stock Items - We aim to ship all items within 7 working days after we received cleared payment. This can vary at busy times and all times are an estimate only.
Bespoke and Personalised Items
We aim to design, cut and ship bespoke orders within 10-14 working days after we received cleared payment. This can vary at busy times and all times are an estimate only. You will be notified of any delays.
Shipping will be made via Royal Mail in most instances. For larger or bulk items, a courier shall be used.
We accept no liability for any delays beyond our control, which include, but are not limited to; couriers delay, postal service delay, stock availability issues and cutter malfunctions. All dispatch times are an estimate only and can vary during busy times such as Bank holidays, Easter, Christmas periods etc.
Receipt of damaged items - If you receive your order and it is damaged we will require photographic evidence of the damage within 1 working day of you receiving the order. Once received we will resend a new order out to you as soon as possible.
Our Refund Policy
Bespoke and Personalised orders - When you choose a bespoke or personalised design, we keep in contact with you as a customer throughout the design process. By showing you pictures of the final design and obtaining your approval before cutting, we are unable to provide refunds and all orders which are cut are final.
Stock Products (non-personalised) -
We accept returns on stock products (non-personalised) for a full refund (minus any postage costs) providing they are returned within 7 days of delivery. Proof of postage must be supplied if we require it. Items must arrive back with us in the condition that we supplied them in. Return delivery costs are to be paid by the customer.
Pricing & Payment
Perfect-creations.co.uk reserve the right to change prices listed on physical or digital publicity materials without prior notice.
Perfect-creations.co.uk quotes apply for 30 days from the date of their supply. After 30 days, clients should request an updated quote for any goods or services required.
Cancellations
Consumer rights to cancel under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000. If you are acting as a consumer (i.e. not entering into a transaction for business purposes), and purchasing via mail/telephone/website order, you have a right to cancel your purchase within seven working days of the day after the date of delivery, and to return any unused item for a refund.
These rights do not apply to bespoke or personalised goods for the reasons stated above in the refund policy section. For example, you do not have the right to a refund on items made to your size/colour/logo or any other specification.
To cancel an order you must e-mail us first. Goods must be returned unused, and you must take reasonable care of them whilst in your possession.
Return goods will need sending back to us at the address provided when we acknowledge your cancellation email. Please obtain a receipt for proof of postage when you return your goods.
Unless goods are faulty or incorrect, you must return them to us at your own expense.
In the event that goods are faulty or incorrect, we will refund you the return delivery charge on receipt of the items.
Once items have been returned in an unused condition, with all parts and accessories present, we will supply a refund within 30 days of your notice to cancel.
Privacy Policy
Our privacy policy applies to Perfect-creations.co.uk and any other communication or publicity that we release. Visitors may browse our website(s) without disclosing any of their personal data to us. Our third parties privacy policies apply to any links to third party websites. Perfect-creations.co.uk does not automatically log personal data. We do not link data logged automatically by other methods with personal information about specific individuals. Perfect-creations.co.uk will store and collect your information for the purpose of firstly, processing and fulfilling your orders, and secondly, providing you with appropriate customer service. Perfect-creations.co.uk will store and collect any personal information that you may volunteer whilst using our website or other communication services, for example, when you register, place an order, or request a sample. We collect all information in accordance with the law and the Data Protection Act 1998. Perfect-creations.co.uk may use customer data for our marketing purposes. This includes market research and sending you offers and information about our products.
